United Airlines Orders More 737 MAXs

United Airlines have placed an order for an additional 25 Boeing 737 MAX aircraft, in a major win for Boeing. The MAX only recently returned to service after a 21-month long grounding following dual crashes which killed over 340 people.

The airline is set to take delivery of its new MAX aircraft from 2023. Along with the order announcement, United revealed it will bring forward the delivery of 40 737 MAX aircraft as it prepares to keep up with demand following the COVID-19 pandemic.
